This is a list of things that are either confirmed or may be in the upcoming Keeper 3.1 software release. The vast vast majority of this information comes from reading the Pepper Forums.
Pepper has asked for 3.1 public testers, with the official release coming before the end of 2006.

- Pad 3 "beeps" when turned on
- Pad 3 Camera dialog can now survive during suspend and resume
- Battery icon updates immediately on resume
- Volume boost immediately after resume
- Fix audio distortion, artifacts in some shoutcast streams
- GMT time zone bug - see here
- Fix for the audio out issue for the audio / video cable see here
- Improved right-click (function + tap) support on Pad 3 - see here
